1. I forgot my username, where can I find this information?

Your username is your email address associated with your NCPA account. Click Forgot Username? underneath the sign-in window on the RBC Learning Center sign-in page to have an email sent to the email we have on file for you.

  2. I forgot my password, where can I find this information?

Your password is your NCPA password. Click Forgot Password? underneath the sign-in window on the RBC Learning Center sign-in page which will direct you to enter your email address associated with your account. You should receive an email with a link to generate a new password.

  3. Do I need to be an NCPA member to enroll in an activity?

You do NOT need to be an NCPA member to access any of the CE available on the RBC Learning Center. Anyone accessing RBC CEs will need to sign in using their existing NCPA account or create a free user account with NCPA in order to enroll in any course.

  4. Who can enroll in educational activities?

Anyone registered for RBC 2023 is able to enroll in activities; however, credits are only available to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

  5. What is my NABP (e-Profile ID) number?

An NABP e-Profile ID is generated when a pharmacist or pharmacy technician creates an e-Profile on NABP's website. Your e-Profile ID should contain 4-10 numbers and is not your state license ID, NPI number, social security number, employee ID or phone number. If you need to create or look up your e-Profile ID, go to https://nabp.pharmacy/cpe-monitor-service/.

If you are not a pharmacist or pharmacy technician and would like to access CE content (pharmacy clerk, student pharmacist, etc.), please enter six zeroes (000000) when prompted to enter your NABP e-Profile ID. NOTE FOR PHARMACISTS AND PHARMACY TECHNICIANS: CE credit submission can only occur when we have a correct e-Profile ID associated with your account. If we do not have your correct e-Profile ID, we are unable to process your CE credit for any class.

  6. How do I claim CE credit for completing an activity?

To receive credit for an activity, you must complete all required components of the activity and the feedback survey, which will become available once all activity components have been completed. To confirm completion of an activity or to access your certificate, you can check My Dashboard and filter to Completed activities. NCPA is an ACPE-Accredited organization and required to file learners’ successfully completed activities to CPE monitor. NCPA automatically submits your activity credit information to CPE monitor. Allow for 24-48 hours for the credit hours to appear on your NABP e-Profile. Please contact education@ncpa.org if you have any additional questions.

  7. The activity is asking for an attendance code. Where do I find it?

Attendance codes are provided to attendees during each live CE class. Attendance is required to receive the code.

  8.
  9. How long do I have to claim my credits?

You have until August 18, 2023 to claim live CE for any of the courses taken at RBC 2023
  10.
  11. I forgot to claim for my CE credits after attending a course. Can I still obtain credit?

Please note, ACPE requires that CE credits are submitted within sixty (60) days of an activity to avoid a monetary penalty. ACPE does not accept submissions older than six (6) months. If it has been more than 60 days since the activity, your credit submission is subject to a $200 late fee.

  12. How can I submit my credits to CE Broker? (Licensed in FL)

NCPA does not automatically report credits to CE Broker. If you are licensed in the state of Florida and have taken a course with NCPA, you will need to login to your CPE Monitor account and self-report the credits to CE Broker. Here are instructions for self reporting credits to CE Broker: https://help.cebroker.com/en/articles/1280774-self-reporting-ce-courses-to-your-account.
